Refund claim

Where can I contact wordpress to get a refund for a wrong payment. I do not have any active domains
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

Hello,
Could you share the URL of the website you received the charge from?
This information will be useful to the WordPress team. -
Hello there,
You can cancel any purchase and get refunded if the cancellation was done inside the refund window: 14 days for plans and 96 hours for domain names. However, I need to let you know that by canceling your domain name, you waive your rights to be the owner, and you can’t register this domain name again even if you try to register it elsewhere.
Please check our detailed guide here about how to do that step by step: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#removing-purchases.
You can find a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time. -
Hello,
There was no URL. they just took the money out of my bank account.
And as I said I do not have a wordpress domain, and I’ve just created this account to make this claim, since I could not find an easier way to contact wordpress. So please do not send me account related ways of contact. I need an e-mail or smg where I can share the details of the payment so that it can be checked. Thanks

Hello there,
We’d recommend locating a transaction ID from the statement of the card that was charged. This guide here explains where this can be found: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once located, this can be used with this tool here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ whereby you can track down the charge and request a refund.
We hope this helps.
