  Refund confirmation link from my email does not work; when I click on the link, it shows:
  An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support.
  Can you please confirm that the refund has been processed correctly for cancelling my domain?

  I’m sorry that it didn’t work! However, after looking into your account, I found that the refund was processed. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
