Refund Confusion

Hi,
I have been trying to request a refund for an upgrade that was wrongly purchased. The instructions say to click on the gear button next to the item I would like to refund. Next, I am supposed to click the refund button. But, I don’t have the gear button to start with. And, I am two days away from loosing my 30day refund period. I have been trying to figure this out for two weeks, but I find nothing. Could someone please help?

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
