Refund – Contact WordPress
-
Hello,
I cancelled my domain and blog subscription within 2 hours of setting it up. It appeared to work correctly but I was still charged the $129.00 for the year.
I am incredibly displeased. As I dug deeper it appears they are to send you confirmation email to click and request a refund but I did not receive it and it is now outside of the 24 window.
I followed the “support” section and tried to “contact us [wordpress]” and I keep getting redirected to the same useless page that doesn’t help at all.
Please advise accordingly. I would like the payment to be reversed and blog/website deleted.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I removed the Premium plan from your site and issued you a full refund.
It can take about a week for refunds to appear on a bank statement, but you can find a refund receipt in your billing history here:

Hello and thank you for the quick reply.
I am a longtime user of wordpress and all of its features. This is the first time that I had to make a sudden change of heart as the instructions I was given to build the site for another individual other than the original company I work for changed and the owner/operator had already purchased domain registry and simply wants me to add wordpress to his existing site.
I was given 100% power to proceed the way I saw fit but plans changed.
Thanks again for all input and reversing the payment.
Sincerely,
Mark
