I want to get a refund for my blog leslanguesetmoi because I can’t pay the custom design this year.
The payment of the custom design was on March, 5th.
Could you let me know for the reimbursement?

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade?
If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.

(c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state.Not to worry as Staff will work their way forward to this thread and assist you.

Hi there,
I just cancelled your custom domain upgrade and refunded the renewal payment for you. (Please note it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)
