Refund declined

    Good morning,
    I cancelled my domain yesterday and 2 refunds we’re issued for the site and the domain.
    These were declined by my bank as the card used originally is no longer in use. How can I go about organising this refund?

    Hi there!

    A card you paid with no longer being in use generally doesn’t prevent refunds from going through, as banks and card issuers have a system in place to process refunds. Have you contacted your bank to ask about the refunds specifically? On our end, we see the refund was successful.

    Please contact your bank about the refund and explain the situation. They should be able to trace it on their end.
