Refund Declined on my bank.

Hello! I found wordpress too hard and wanted to use hostinger which also uses wordpress. I cancelled my premium plan and domain for 96 USD fully, and I dont have access to any of the features anymore. However, I got a notification in my bank app that an amount of 96USD has been declined from my account! I don’t understand! I want a refund for my cancelled plans and I cant even talk to a bot because thats only available in paid plans! What a circus. I would please request the WordPress team to look into this further, and contact me directly at my associated email. Much thanks to anybody who can help.

I talked to my bank and apparently they’ll refund it after 7 days. I’ll see what happens then.

Refunds usually take 7–14 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to see the funds around that time. Let us know if you have any questions in the meantime!
