Refund delay

  Hi

  i signed up for many features on WordPress then i cancelled my subscriptions.
  yet am not refunded yet for the following purchases:

  17/06/17 WORDPRESS [redacted]
  273.00USD
  16/06/17 WORDPRESS [redacted]

  16/06/17 WORDPRESS [redacted]

  11/06/17 WORDPRESS [redacted]

  please advise …

  Hi there, Just a heads up that you’ve posted in the community forums which are public and indexed by search engines. Please don’t post transaction IDs in the forum. That code can be used by someone to get access to your account. I’ve remove them for you.

  Staff will reply concerning the refund when they look in on this thread, but in general refunds usually take 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement.

  It appears only a partial refund was issued for some of the upgrades you cancelled, we’re sorry about that! I’ve refunded the remaining amounts and all of your upgrades have now been refunded in full. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

  As justjennifer mentioned, refunds usually take 7-14 business days to reach your account, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
