  I’ve deleted my purchase of a personal domain 10 days ago but my money hasn’t been refunded yet. Can you help me check, please?

  I can see that the refund has been processed on our end. I know that refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

  Please wait a few more days and then follow up directly with your bank. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
