Refund denied for a subscription made today

  Hi

  The system is telling me that I cannot cancel my subscription because the 30 days have expired, but this account was actually created today. Maybe it is because the blog was transferred from another user. Yet the subscription was bought today, so that should still apply.

  Let us know how to get the refund for the blog, maybe we should transfer it back to the original creator?

  The cancellation is due to the fact that we found out that we can’t install plugins on wordpress.com only after we upgraded to premium.

  Hi @metropolee, that’s odd… I’m guessing it’s because the purchase was made by another user then immediately transferred to you. I’ve cancelled the upgrade and refunded the original user on this side for you.
