After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

It looks like a refund wasn’t triggered when you cancelled domain mapping. I’ve just refunded $13 to you.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
