Refund did not go through

    Hi! I requested to cancel this purchase the same day, but was not refunded. I also cancelled the domain transfer, but that also went through. Can you refund me and cancel this please?

    Hi eashtonguy,

    Your upgrades have already been cancelled and refunded. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear to show on statements (today is only the second business day), so you can expect to receive the money around that time.

    I also cancelled the domain transfer

    429blog.com had already been transferred to WordPress.com when you cancelled the upgrades. It’s too late to stop the transfer process but the domain is no longer active on your account.
