Refund didn’t arrive

    Hi, I cancelled my order and e-mail said that refund should be back in 7-10 business days now it’s been 10 business days and 12 days total and refund is not back on my bank account. When it comes?

    Hey there, our records show the charge was reversed before it was settled. That can happen if you buy something then cancel right away.

    In cases like this, the refund may not appear at all — but then the original charge won’t appear, either. Can you double check your statement and confirm with your bank?
