Refund didn’t arrive
-
I cancelled my plan and aked for a refund for both my plan and domanin. Both were confirmed the domain refund, the smaller amount arrived, the other did not. It has been 3 weeks!!
When I asked the AI assistant it said I cannot talk to a human unless I am a paying member. What is that? I have cancelled my plan so I am of course not a paid member.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I understand how frustrating it is to be stuck in a loop with an AI assistant when you’re waiting on your own money. The reason you received the domain refund first is that domains and plans are handled by different billing systems; since it has been three weeks, the plan refund has definitely exceeded the standard 10-business-day window. To get a human to review this without a paid plan, do not use the chat widget. Instead, go to the WordPress.com Contact Form, type ‘Refund not received after 21 days’ into the search box, and look for the ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Still need help?’ button at the bottom. This will allow you to open a ‘Billing Ticket.’ Mention specifically that the domain portion was successful but the plan portion (Transaction ID found in your email receipt) is still missing. Because this is a billing discrepancy, they are required to assist you regardless of your current plan status.

Hi @molnarpannahivatalos! I have sent you an email with more details, as billing is a sensitive matter. To clarify, a full 100% refund has been issued. Two separate refunds were asked for. The first amount refunded was actually processed as a reversal instead of a refund.
When a reversal is issued, that typically means that the original amount was never debited from your account, it was only authorized, but the funds were never removed from your account. This is similar to when you pump gas, and $100 is authorized on a card, but the final sale is the only amount that is actually debited from the account.
