  I cancelled my account within the same day as registering. It said cancel pending all day and now it says it is still active and did not give me a refund. When I try to cancel it now it says I cannot cancel after 48 hours.

  Please cancel my account and issue me a full refund.

  Hi there – since you purchased a custom domain, we needed to verify that you want to cancel your domain, since you may not be able to re-register it later. I see that Valerie already emailed you about this. If you have any further questions, please reply to the email.
