Refund didn’t work

I have canceled my wordpress start package after 7 days and didn’t receive a full refund. I only received $4.40 and I have paid for an entire year.

Omg the support for wordpress is a JOKE!!!! I cannot contact support, all I get is a stupid AI chat bot which has links that don’t work.
I have paid for a annual wordpress plan, I am 7 days in and I am not liking it and so I am requesting a refund. I have go to my purchases on my account, hit cancel and I was only refunded $4.40. I paid $72 for my plan. Please amend this.

I am glad you contacted us about this. It does seem some error occurred. I have remedied this and provided a full refund, as expected. After processing, refunds usually take five to ten business days to appear on your statement. Credit card refunds could take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution will be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement. I did follow the instructions that the chat bot gave to contact support, it provides a URL which didn’t work, and then there is a button but it just reopen the chatbot chat. Anyway glad the forums are monitored – not so bad afterall so I take it back.
