Refund disappeared

  I can see that my account was closed as requested, but my refund does not seem to have followed through. It should be a total of $71, however my account is still showing the withdrawal, and not the refund. I would very much appreciate assistance.

  I can confirm you have cancelled the your upgrades and issued a refund for your original purchase amount. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.
