Refund Disconnected Mid-Support – No Account Access Now

Hi everyone,
I recently contacted WordPress Support about an unintentional renewal of my website and domain: hillgardenmaintenance.co.uk. During the support chat, I explained that I’d missed the 14-day window due to a family emergency and was told I’d be receiving a refund.
However, the chat disconnected before I received confirmation, and now it seems my account has been downgraded or closed—I can’t access support or see my billing details anymore. The saved payment method has also disappeared, so I have no way of confirming if the refund (for both the plan and domain) is being processed or where it’s going.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
I’d really appreciate help from a moderator or team member to confirm:Was the refund issued?
Does it cover both the domain and site?
Which card/account is it going back to?

You created the account elegant0ebef05197 when you posted this thread. It’s obvious you are logged in to the wrong account.
That site is still on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/hillgardenmaintenance.co.uk
As you have a paid plan, simply use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership
