Refund – Dispute pending

    Hi, The charge on my Amex was caught by fraud protection and a reversal was done. I no longer use wordpress as my domain and I am going direct to Google for a month by month G-Suite contract. I can cancel the disput, however would like a refund. Is this possible? Thjank you Katy

    Hi there,

    If you cancel the dispute we should be able to still refund you, provided your bank doesn’t resolve the dispute before you cancel it. Please confirm once you’ve cancelled the dispute, but please keep in mind it might still be a while before we can refund you – when you file a dispute the funds are effectively frozen, and we cannot issue a refund until that is lifted, which won’t necessarily happen immediately when you withdraw the dispute.
