Refund & Domain

Hello- I just purchased a personal plan, and domain, and cancelled it within 10 minutes. I noticed that they only refunded me $45 for the plan that was $75. Will this be corrected once it processes? Also, will the domain I registered and cancelled ever be available to use with another server? How can I access it? Please help. Thank you.

Sorry about that. I’ve issued the remaining refund and you should receive it in a few days.
The cancelled domain should become available again in about a week, but ultimately it’s up to our registrar and they can decide, at their discretion, to hold onto the domain for a longer period or to sell it privately at auction without releasing it first. This doesn’t usually happen, but it can happen, so you need to be aware of that.

You have been very helpful. Thank you! I really hope that they make it available again because I still want it! I just want to use it for wordpress.org instead of .com.
