refund domain

    hello, I am trying to get a refund on my domain. I have paid $48 on 2/3/23. But it’s showing that I’m only getting a refund of $29? I was hoping you could help me with this issue. Thank you .

    Hi there, domains are refundable for 96 hours, because until that point we can release the domain if you cancel it. After the domain is 96 hours old, we can’t get a refund for it either. Domains canceled at that point go through a redemption process after a short grace period.

    Given we can’t refund the domain, and only because I’ve seen people lose a domain they wanted, I’ve restored it to your account so you can decide what to do. If you absolutely don’t want to use that domain anywhere, you can opt whether to keep it and let it expire, or cancel it now without a refund. If you want to use it with another provider, here’s how you can update its settings to point elsewhere.
