I asked for a refund of a Domain Mapping that renewed itself automatically, but I haven’t received anything back. That was 2 weeks ago. Who should I contact?

I asked for a refund of a Domain Mapping that renewed itself automatically, but I haven’t received anything back.
From looking at your account I can see your Domain Mapping upgrade was cancelled but this didn’t trigger a refund. I’ve just refunded you $13.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

A just cancelled my personal plan and domain mapping. I have received confirmation of the refund of the plan, but not for the domain mapping.

Not a problem! I have canceled your mapping subscription for ethicsfordesigners.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
