Refund domain napping

Hello, I purchased domain mapping because I wanted to set up a website with my own themes. However I learned that you can’t upload your own themes on .com, only .org so can i get a refund and I will go to wordpress.org now. I just placed the order and learned about this after

and also one more thing after realizing wordpress.org is to complicated for my skill level…I emailed organic themes but they didn’t get to me about the issue below, hopefully you guys can help me.
I was looking to set up a personal website on wordpress.com. I really liked the themes from “organic themes http://www.organicthemes.com/” because they seemed the best ones available for my needs. On the change themes page, there was a link to their website there, so instead of purchasing it through the website, I explored the website and saw I could get them all for $250. Not being technically inclined, I thought I could just upload them to my wordpress.com account and was getting a really good deal. Unfortunately, it has now come to my intention that I can not upload my downloaded themes on wordpress.com, rather only on wordpress.org (which requires technical skills to use that I don’t have). If I want to use the amazing themes on wordpress.com, I have to again by them for $69 which I do not think is fair because I already purchased them, and it is a little misleading because the organic themes website is linked on the wordpress.com description.
Is there anyway you are able to make these available on my wordpress.com account if i show proof of purchase? I really hope you can help so that I am not out $250 on some files I have no use for/don’t know how to. I really wish to use these templates, and don’t want to spend money on something I already bought.

I’m so sorry, but I wouldn’t be able to do that since the themes you purchased where not from WordPress.com. I would only be able to credit you for purchases made from us. I would try to get a refund from Organic Themes and purchase the WordPress.com version. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over the Organic Themes site as they work independently of us.
If you would like to use WordPress.org, we do have a Guided Transfer upgrade in which you can have a Happiness Engineer move over your site for you without having to do it yourself! Check this out here! You would be able to use theme themes you purchased as well!
