Refund Domain Renewal within 4 Days

    My domain was renewed yesterday, but transferred it to another registrar today. I’m aware that WordPress allows refunds on domain renewals if requested within 4 days of renewal.

    I’m still within that 4-day window and would like to request a refund for the renewal fee, as I will no longer be using the domain on WordPress.com.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for the question. A refund would depend on the domain still being with us but it’s been transferred away. As a result we’re not able to offer a refund as we can’t cancel it for you on your behalf.

    If you would like to transfer the domain back to us and cancel it here, we can certainly assist you with that. However, please note that a cancelled domain may not become available again publicly if you ever wanted to use it somewhere else.
