Refund Domain Transfer

  I purchased a personal plan for £34.56 which comes with a free domain transfer. I requested a transfer of my existing domain from Wix and shortly afterwards realised that WordPress is suitable for my needs. When requesting a refund I have received £28.56 back. I would like to cancel the domain transfer and keep it with wix, therefore may I please have a refund of £6.

  Hi there!

  It looks like the domain transfer is already at a stage where it can no longer be canceled from our end. Could you cancel/decline the transfer from Wix’s end? Once the domain transfer is declined from Wix’s end, the transfer will fail, and we can then refund the remaining amount.

  As of now, because the transfer is in progress, we can’t stop it from our end, and that’s why no refund can be issued right now.

  I’d also like to understand what led you to cancel your WordPress.com plan. May I ask for more information about the site you’re building? What’s the site for, and what features do you need on your site? Based on your needs, I’ll be happy to suggest the best way to build it on WordPress.com.
