Refund double theme purchased

  Hello…I am new to WordPress & utilizing you to build out my site turiyayogawellness.com. This is all new to me & I am just realizing that I have purchased two themes & would like a refund as I am not using two themes. Actually I thought I did this but now seeing I never received a refund. I paid for Creative & Duet. Currently using Duet & may even want to change to Healthy Living. Please help guide me as I am hopeful to get a return for Creative as I am not using it. Many thanks for your help. Good Day. Turi

  Hi there!

  No problem. I’ve removed Creative, and I’ve given you a full refund. In the future, just so you know, there is a 30-day return period for premium themes.

  Just wanted to give you a head’s up, in case you want to make any changes to your themes later on down the road.

  Thank you…I really appreciate it. If I decide on a different theme can I transfer the Duet them to that? I thought I could, but do not see that option. Again thank you for looking into this. I am a newbie & just trying to figure this all out.

  I’m not sure what you’re asking. Duet is currently connected to your site, turiyayogawellness.wordpress.com. If you choose a different theme for that site, a Happiness Engineer can assist you in moving Duet to a brand new site, if you’d like.
