Refund due

I opened a wordpress account on 2nd December 2014, in my dashboard it said that the business upgrade for £210 was due on 16th December. I cancelled the upgrade on 15th December and received a confirmation email from WordPress. Today my bank account had been debited with £210 payment to WordPress and the payment was initiated on 15th December. I am very disappointed that this has happened, particularly as I cancelled within the 14 day trial period. I do not know how to resolve this as there seems no way of contacting anyone at WordPress. I feel conned.
