  Please refund the charge from 9 Dec 2021. I have cancelled the service and the site. Please contact me regarding the refund to (email visible only to moderators and staff) so I know it has been cancelled. Thank you

  Hi @sheepdogsct, I can see the refund is already in progress. It was started today. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement, so please give that about 10 business days. Cheers!
