Refund & Emailing processes

    Hello, I’m developing payment plugins for EMS bank and i’ve faced an issue in refund functionality, we use “woocommerce_refund_created” action to create a refund in our API, but when our custom function returns false or some Exception, it sends email ‘refund is succeeded’ to the customer, and we have the next situation: a merchant will receive an error notification, but a customer will receive an email with success message.

    Can we cancel the sending email in some cases and if so – how we can do that?

    Also let me know if you need some code examples.
