Refund Failed Message

I tried to cancel my premium upgrade and received an error message that something went wrong and I could not be refunded, and to contact support. I just signed up yesterday and would like to cancel and receive a refund. Thanks so much!

It appears that since your request you were able to successfully cancel and refund your WordPress Premium plan. It may take about a week for the refund to appear in your bank account, but you can verify the refund in your billing history here:
https://wordpress.com/me/billing
