  Hi there:

  I’m showing you requested the refund on March 29, 2023. Once the funds are processed on our end, we don’t have any control over how quickly your bank and payment processor handles the refund. Typically it takes 7-10 business days for that to process, so you would need to contact your bank for the status of that refund.

  If you get past 10 days and your bank still doesn’t show the refund, get back in touch and we can provide the information they would need to track down the funds.
