  My account auto-subscribed for 2021 and we have shut down the site.

  How do I go about getting my refund for the 2021 year.

  Please let us know the address of the site involved. I don’t see any WordPress.com website connected to this account you are posting from.

  The account you’re using to post here was only created in April, and has never created any sites with, nor bought any upgrades from us.

  If you have an upgraded site under a different username account. Please log in as that other username, and you’ll be able to manage your upgrades from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
