The WordPress.com Premium purchased on April 20th was eligible for a refund up until May 20th.
We have refunded the G Suite email upgrade and private Whois status for eugeniabrini.com already.
If you haven’t received these funds my suggestion is to contact your bank about the delay. Typically these only take about ten days to reach you.

I’m sorry to bother you but my bank answered me that there wasn’t any refund and maybe is because my name is Eugenia Brini and not only Eugi or Eugenia, as I’ve seen on the bill.
So I didn’t received any money for my G suite.

The payment was successfully refunded from our end. Now, it’s just a matter of when the bank is going to release that in to your account. Remember that the money can only be refunded to the account that was used for the purchase.
