Refund for a renewal

  How do I obtain a refund for a renewal that I didn’t realise was happening? Haven’t accessed the WordPress account in over a year

  Hi @tooyoungtomum, is the renewal under another account? I wasn’t able to find any charges associated with this one, but can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  If you’re not sure what that is, could you send a link to the site? Or, you can use the secure form at wpchrg.com.

  Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
