Refund for a theme

    I just cancelled my trial with wordpress, I don’t think I will continue here, due to the lack of support. I have been trying to cancel a theme that I purchased as it is not working, The theme is no longer visible and was stripped from account, however you can still see it in my upgrades. I have not received my refund yet, and each time I try cancel, it sends me an error message stating “user cannot access this private blog could I have some assistance please

    I used that process…as I stated above I keep getting an error message and its not permitting me to cancel the theme.

    I’m sorry that’s happening to you. Let’s explore the situation and see what’s going wrong please.

    1. What is the name of the premium theme that you purchased?
    2. Exactly which username account purchased that theme?
    3. Exactly which URL is the blog that you purchased the theme for please?

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade (premium theme) for it, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.     1.The name of the premium theme is headlines
    2.The username account that purchased the theme is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    3. The URL I purchased the theme for was tellittotheblog.me

    I tried to cancel the theme,before i cancelled my premium plan of $99 but i still had the same problem. The page is rejecting my cancellation i keep getting an error message written ‘user cannot access this private blog ‘
