REFUND FOR A THEME

Its been 2 weeks now and still I don’t have my refund for a theme I had purchased. I tried to cancel the HEADLINES theme using the instructions you have on this url, https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ so please don’t advise me to go through that route again. Each time I try cancel I get an error message saying ‘user can not access this private blog’. And mind you i’m logged on as the admin of the site. I still see it as part of my upgrades,and my refund is not in my account, why?
What is going on..your site clearly states 30 day money back guarantee.Why are the billing sections not working properly. This is a disappointment for such a large organisation.Not only has this been my problem,but the lack of support on wordpress is appalling. I know my rights, kindly refund me my money.
I am going to report this issue to the media as well as social networks should nothing be done about this issue.This has gone on too long with other users facing the same problem.

Hi there! I just took a look at your account and I see that we successfully refunded your purchase. This refund would have gone back to the card that the purchase was originally made on. You can find more info about that in your billing history:

If you still don’t see that refund, please contact your bank.
