Refund for account charges

  Hi,
  I just started a Free wordpress account last week. I noticed that I had a charge for £70 on my account and when I looked at the domain it came up as the wordpress site. I do not know how to get a refund on this as it’s something I definitely did not sign up to and I don’t know why my account has been charged without me asking!

  it’s from the Premium Upgrades free trial. Generally speaking, I tell people never to give billing information for a free trial. This is what always happens.

  Go to the dashboard My Upgrades page and click to get a refund.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades or transactions in this account. Do you have another account that this could be under?
