Refund for annual charge

  Hi there,

  I’ve reached out a couple times with lack of response. I am looking to terminate my account. I signed about about a year and a few months ago, but NEVER used the site. I am inquiring to see if I can earn a refund on the yearly subscription I was charged $84 back in April, as I’m still not using this account. I’m fine with paying for the annual fee the past year, but would like to receive a refund for the April charge.

  Please let me know what can be done. Thank you for your consideration.
