Refund for auto-renew of Domain Mapping

  I have cancelled my domain mapping after I was charged on auto-renew about 2 weeks ago, but have yet to receive a refund. Just wondering on the refund status as it shouldn’t have to take that long.

  Hi there,

  When you cancelled domain mapping, a refund wasn’t triggered. I’ve just refunded $13 to you.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
