Refund for auto-renewal

I have just found out that I have been charged $99 for and upgrade that I was not aware of. I found an email about it in my spam folder from Feb 15th. I did not want this upgrade and I do not intend to use WordPress for my website right now. I may consider switching to WordPress in the future (I currently use Wix) but if this charge is not reversed, there is no chance I will ever try this service again and risk further unapproved charges! I think this was a genuine mistake on your part and therefore please cancel my account and refund this transaction immediately.

Your upgrade was set up to auto-renew. That is why the transaction took place.
But, no worries — I’ve canceled the Premium upgrade from your account, and refunded your $99.
