Refund for auto-renewed custom design upgrade

  I purchased a custom design upgrade last year, and didn’t realize that it auto-renews, and would like to be refunded. However, I can’t seem to contact WordPress directly, and keep being redirected to these forums!

  I’ve canceled your Custom Design upgrade and issued a $30 refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.
