Refund for automatic renewal

    Hi,

    A few months ago I transferred my domain and blog from WordPress to another provider.

    On March 28th 2024, the annual WordPress creator subscription renewed (€369).

    I would like to request a refund but don’t see any way of doing this through my account.

    I would appreciate if someone could help me with this.

    Hi there!

    I see that the WordPress.com Creator plan was canceled, and a full refund of €369 was issued from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Please note that your bank/card issuer may take 7-10 business days to process the refund.
