Refund for automatic renewal of domain mapping

I am requesting a refund and cancellation of automatic renewal of domain mapping (stylerista.com). As I cancelled my subscription to your web-hosting last year in December I would like to cancel also my domain mapping. I cannot do that myself as I cannot access this option via my Manage purchases section.Kind regards,

Hello Blaž Vrečko Ilc,
All the upgrades are set to be auto-renewed by default. You need to manually disable this setting on Puchases page.

wish to restore the domain. I would just like that the automatic renewal for the domain mapping is switched off. I would also like to receive a refund for the amount that was charged to my credit card regarding the mapping of the domain.Regards,

The subscriptions for stylerista.com have been removed from the account. You will not be billed for a renewal.
There is no refund that I can offer since this was purchased back in November of 2016. You’ve not been billed for it since then.

I am not asking for the refund regarding the subscription for stylerista.com. I am asking for the refund regarding the domain mapping. This automatic transaction was carried out on 21.10.2017 in the amount of 13€. The ID of the paypal transaction was [redacted] – I hope this will make it easier to locate it.

Hi there,
The last payment listed in your account was on 20 November 2016. There are no more recent payments that we can refund.
The domain mapping upgrade you refer to belongs to a different user on your site, styleristablog. I’ll need you to reply here as that username, as I cannot cancel an upgrade that belongs to another account unless that account is making the request.
