Refund for Business Plan and downgrade to Premium

Hi,
I started my Business Plan on November 5th but I realized that I don’t really need most of the functions included in the Business plan.
What I want to do now is to get refund for the Business plan (I assume it is possible as it’s not been a month since my purchase) and sign up for a Premium Plan, without losing the customization made since then to my site (the site it’s still a work in progress, but still I don’t want to lose any of the work done)How can I do all this?

I have basically the same question and it seems that downgrading is not an easy option.
Would love to know the answer. Have a line of communication into WordPress right now.

Just received a reply from them regarding this:
Me: “I would like to change from the Business Plan to the Premium Plan, but I seem to either be unable to do so from my end or unable to find the process in which to complete it.
WordPress: “Hi there! Yes, the only way is contacting us to do this for you. Do you want me to d it now?”
Me: “Yes. Thank you.”
WordPress: “You’re welcome!
Note that plugins and themes that you installed will be removed and stop working. As well as any content that depends on them.
May I proceed?”
Me: “Yes. I will be revamping the site anyhow.”
WordPress: “Ok, just a moment, please. It’ll take a few minutes.”

I can downgrade your Business plan to the Premium plan and issue a refund of the difference.
Please note that any plugins and themes that you have installed will be removed as well as any content that depends on them.

Hi staff,
I just have one more question before proceding with the downgrade and refund: I didn’t use Premium Themes or Plugins, what is it that will be erased from my site? All the coding lines and CSS will stay the same, right?

You bet. That live chat link works as long as the plan is active, so you can turn there for fast help as needed.
And to clarify: any outside plugins and themes you added would be lost, including any customizations made to them. If you set up a store that would be lost, too.
If you didn’t upload any outside plugins and themes or add a store, the downgrade should be fairly painless. Live chat support will be able to tell and perform the downgrade for you.
