Refund for business upgrade?

    Hi there,

    I received an email notification yesterday that my account was going to be upgraded automatically on today’s date,

    However, I have logged on and cancelled the automatic upgrade to premium, yet on my bank, the bank is saying that my available balance is £210 less than what is currently in my bank account.

    Since my account did not fully upgrade yet (in my purchase history it stated that I had not purchased the upgrade) I was wondering if the money will not be taken out of my account?

    If it is would there be any chance of a refund at all please?

    Hi there,

    The renewal payment was being authorized with your bank, but the payment didn’t go through. I just confirmed that the payment was cancelled before it completed so the money won’t be taken out of your account.

    Usually your bank will hold on to the payment amount while the cancellation is being processed on their end, but it should be released back into your account soon. If you have concerns about that, your bank should be able to give you more information.
