Refund for Cancelation

I canceled services and have not yet received a refund on one invoice but received a refund on another which I had canceled a day or so later. The first, I canceled the day it renewed and have not been refunded. Under my billing it is still showing as a receipt and my credit card has not been refunded. I would like someone to look at my specific account and charge and very I will be receiving a refund for the $40 charge.

Hi there, it looks like that’s related to your domains, so it wasn’t auto-refunded. Also you removed those upgrades on February first rather than on the day they renewed. They have since been extended for another year at the registry.
Will be using the domains elsewhere? If so your best bet will be for us to restore the domains so you can transfer them elsewhere. We’ll need to work quickly though, so please confirm what you’d like to do.
