Refund for canceled account

    Hi,
    I just canceled my premium membership and there rest of my account and transferred my domain already. Can I get prorated refund please? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    We are able to offer a full refund as long as you cancel within the timelines explained here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#refund-periods

    However, if you cancel beyond the renewal deadline we are not able to make a refund. In this case your cancellation came more than a month after your purchase, so we are not able to issue a refund.

    I can confirm that all upgrades are removed from your account, so there will be no further renewal charges. Thanks
