Refund for canceled subsription

Hi there! Ten days ago, on 7/15, i canceled my paid subscription. On my WordPress account, under purchases it seems to show the cancellation was processed because I see the fee with negative. However, I have not received it back yet. Is it normal that it takes this long for a refund to be processed>

I have cancelled the upgrade and issued a refund for your original purchase amount. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.
