Refund for Cancelled Domain

  Hi there,

  I am still waiting to get a refund for the wordpress website that I cancelled and it has been longer than 10 business days. When should I expect to see the refund in my account?

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and we released the funds back on 4/25, so we are no longer in possession of them. I would contact your bank in regards to the refund – they can sometimes see pending transactions that you might not be able to see on your end.

  Reach out to them and let us know if you find out anything.
