Refund for cancelled domain

Dear WordPress,
I’ve been a wordpress customer for over a decade. Lately I have been busy and have no time to write, so I decided to cancel my subscription and the domain for the time being. I understand that my domain expires on 10/10/2025. I cancelled it today 9/15/2025, but I did not see a refund in the billing history for the domain. I’ve been a long time wordpress customer and some day when I have time to write again, this would be my platform. Thanks in advance for your help!

I see that you’re looking for a refund for your plan and domain, right? If that’s the case, I just want to mention that the refund window for domains is 4 days from the purchase date, while for yearly plans, it’s 14 days. You can check out our refund policies here:
